第一幕:摘箬叶

端午节前,我和奶奶一起去河岸边摘箬叶。箬叶细长细长的,油绿油绿的,散发着一股清香。不一会儿,我们就摘了一大篮。回到家,奶奶就把箬叶放在水里浸泡。盆里的箬叶,更加水润、绿意。

第二幕:包小方粽

端午节到了,我谦虚地让奶奶教我包粽子。奶奶说:“普通的粽子难不倒你,让你爷爷教你包方粽。”爷爷对我招手,说:“来!先拿八根长箬叶,一定要长。”我把箬叶宽的一端弄得一样整齐,看另外一头冒尖的便是长的了。“把箬叶中的茎去掉,然后把剩下的两部分弄得一样大,其余的七根也是这样的。”我小心翼翼地拿起箬叶做起来了,连大气也不敢出,因为这箬叶实在是太嫩了。“快看!快看!先把箬叶平放在桌子上,然后把箬叶一张一张地插进去,这样就好了。”咦,爷爷包得整整齐齐,可我的却歪歪扭扭。之后,把箬叶弄方正,放米,一切顺利,我正得意时,听见了米粒洒落的声响。哦,原来是爷爷包的粽子“外衣”破了一个小洞,里面的米漏出来了。爷爷笑着辩解道:“没事,没事,小失误而已嘛!”嗯,再精明的人也有失手的时候。我偷着乐:我的都包好了,爷爷的竟然“破了个洞”,嘻嘻!

第三幕:吃粽子

奶奶把一个个包好的粽子放进了锅中,加入清水开始煮。在我的期待下,粽子总算煮好了。蘸着红糖,吃着自己包的粽子,别提有多高兴了!

本周有个作业,是包饺子。这作业也太令人兴奋了吧!平时我最喜欢去厨房看妈妈做饭,但总被赶出去做作业。今天就不一样了,我可以光明正大学包饺子了。

首先,我们要确定饺子里包什么馅料。但是,我喜欢在饺子里包肉,妈妈喜欢包菜,最后我们决定在饺子里包胡萝卜、马兰头、猪肉、笋丁。荤素结合,营养丰富又美味。确定好了馅料,我们就去菜场买齐了所有原料。因为做饺子皮工程太浩大了,所以我们还买了现成的饺子皮。

一切准备就绪,包饺子活动拉开帷幕!首先,拿一张圆圆的饺子皮摊在手中,接着取一些剁成泥、搅拌均匀的馅料放在饺子皮的正中央,然后在饺子皮的边上蘸一些水,这样会加强它的粘性,方便粘合,再把饺子皮对折,捏紧边缘,就成了一个月牙形。最后,在饺子皮上小心翼翼地捏出一层又一层的褶皱。这时,一个完整的饺子就呈现在了我们面前。后来,我们又尝试做了很多各式各样的饺子:有太阳花形的,麦穗形的,月亮形的其中我还发明了一种树叶形。爸爸妈妈都觉得很好看。其实我觉得包饺子也没什么难度,就像捏橡皮泥一样。我们包了整整三大盘,放进冰箱准备当明天的早餐。

我最喜欢的一种食品——饺子

我国北方人有一种习俗,逢年过节,迎亲待友,总要包顿饺子吃,尤其是大年三十,全家人拜大年后,就围坐在一起边包边聊。

这样好吃的饺子,步骤也自然有些多。首先,将蔬菜和肉切碎,拌在一起做成馅,有白菜猪肉馅、韭菜鸡蛋馅和三鲜馅,但是我最喜欢的就是胡萝卜羊肉馅了,因为它营养丰富。然后和面,先把面饧一饧,到不软不硬的程度,再切成长条,分成一个个小面剂子,用擀面杖压成一个个巴掌大小的圆皮,它中间厚两边薄,包时不容易破,一切准备就绪,下面就要包了。先用小勺盛馅放在面皮中间,再从中间一捏角,依次从两边捏严,一个挨一个放在板上,像一支整齐的队伍。我也包了一个,可是放在那里怎么也立不住,歪躺在那里,就好像生病了一样。奶奶见了,急忙拿过饺子,做了一番修饰,给它整了整形,真神气啊。接着就要煮了,先烧开水,然后把饺子顺着锅沿依次倒下锅去煮,用铲子推推,好让它们不粘在一起,水再开时点凉水,反复三次,这时,饺子就从锅底升到锅面,圆鼓鼓、白胖胖的,十分引人喜爱。最后一步就是捞了,把一个个美味的饺子捞在盘中,供全家一起享用,放些醋和香油等调料,闻起来就很香,咬上一大口,呵,真好吃。

这就是我最喜欢吃的饺子,因为它既有肉菜又有面,营养而又美味,全家人一起吃喜欢吃的饭,还能增加气氛,不过最重要的是,它能让我在实践活动中不断成长。
