there is increasing concern that those unable to use and access new technologies marginalized from all aspects of economic and social activity. internet has become an essential and powerful influence on our everyday lives. however, if used improperly, internet can put us at risks too.
the internet is a wonderful source from which we can retrieve valuable information. moreover, it facilitates our communication with people far away from us at a cost substantially less than that of traditional means of communication. also, it can be an important building block to childrens learning because vast amount of information is only clicks away. there is evidence suggesting that computer use is linked to slightly better academic performance.
however, we have sufficient evidence indicating that the internet can be a harmful influence on people. for example, its addictive power has increased children and youngsters time spent in front of the computer screens at the expense of other healthier physical activities, thus increasing their chance of getting overweight and short－sighted. in addition, children have limited ability of telling right from wrong and therefore are subject to the potential contaminating influence of the harmful materials on the internet.
in short, the negative influence of the internet should be minimized by diverting people, especially young peoples, interest to other areas of life. like every other thing, internet is like a coin that has two sides. we must realize its harmful potentials while making use of it to achieve a better and more meaningful life.

“叮铃铃，叮铃铃……”早晨6：30分，闹钟先生已经迫不及待地把我叫醒，睁开慵懒的眼睛看到窗外明媚的晨光，一天的好心情便从此刻开始。
因为是周六所以不用那么地急急忙忙，吃完早饭后已经7：30分了。我决定打扫一下家里的卫生。从厨房开始，一进厨房就看到了堆积了好几天的碗，简直头大。不过“世上无难事，只怕有心人”20分钟后它们就已经干干净净、整整齐齐地回到了自己的位置上，最后再把地拖干净。接着又简单地收拾了一下客厅。收拾完了以后坐在沙发上，看着自己的战绩。窗明几净、清清爽爽，完美！抬头看一眼时间已经中午了。
其实我对做饭挺感兴趣的`，正好中午只有我自己一个人，特别激动的跑去厨房准备大显身手。但在经过半个多小时地辛苦钻研后，我还是屈服于了眼前这碗冒着热气朝我显摆的泡面，它好像在对我说“你是不知道自己几斤几两吗？就你那两下子，还想做大餐，有我凑合着吃就不错了。”吃饱喝足后困意就来了，于是躺在沙发上睡了一会，睁开眼已经2：45了，终于想起了被自己抛诸脑后的作业，知识的海洋已经让忘记了时间，直到妈妈回来我才发现天已经黑了，就这样周六的一下午在作业的陪伴下不知不觉得悄然流逝。

“叮铃铃，叮铃铃。”闹钟先生用力的敲着他的身体催着我起床我睡眼朦胧看了看闹钟，呀。6：50分了，我急忙从床上跳起来马马虎虎的刷好牙洗好脸没来得及吃早餐就叼着面包背上书包穿好鞋走了出去。到了车站我可急了一辆一辆车都堆满了人，我也很想挤上去可是老师说不要做很多人的公交车。没办法我只好等等等。看着秒针带着分针一分一秒的走过眼看就快7：10分了终于来了一辆宽敞又少人的车我拿出学生卡在那里‘滴’了一身坐上了座位。
终于到了，可是看看闹钟已经7：20了我赶忙跑进学校，呼呼呼。还好老师还没来人也没有这么多我回到座位上拿出书来读。突然我感到我的头好痛。原来是我后面的男同学拉了我的头发一下我真是气死了，痛死了诶。于是我伸手大力打了一下他“别拉了”说着我有点了点头把头发重新扎了一遍，心想：唉哟，今天心情本来就不好干嘛又来惹我，这群男生这是没事找事做！老师来了我们便开始早读了。
下课了，我准备好书本拿出所有作业交作业去咯~~语文课代表来检查预习的时候我连忙说：“诶诶诶！我预习了啊”于是我笑了笑拿出预习本来给语文课代表检查我可高兴了捏。哇塞，一次交作业就让我心情变那么好真是神奇呀神奇。
今天就到这啦我去洗澡了。

如今我已经住校，最和我们亲近的便是生活老师，他是一个年过六十的老人，总是对我们的床铺极为的重视。他经常对我们说：“你的被子必须叠成军训时的方块被，枕头必须朝北。”我们大都因为没有叠成军训样的被子而扣了许多生活积分，也因此大家都经常去吐槽他。
后来我们与生活老师混熟了，我们才发现原来他不只是那个只追求于被子整齐和形状的老头，他会把我们每次早上离开宿舍时留下的未经处理的脏乱地板打扫的干干净净。所以之后我们每次看到他都会敬重的说一句，“王管好！”
学校里没有什么店面，只有在行政大厅与教学楼中间“夹”着一个咖啡厅。咖啡厅的叔叔是一位刚北漂回来的年轻小伙子，咖啡厅不只卖咖啡还卖奶茶，这便是我们学生的最爱，也因为如此，咖啡厅常常爆满，有时趁着课间休息，我也会买上几杯。几个月下来，也与叔叔混熟了起来。
每当下完体育课，我总是第一个冲向咖啡厅，叔叔便会送上一杯刚做的'冰蜂蜜柚子茶，我也把钱在桌子上一拍，然后转身冲向教学楼。有时我没有带上太多的钱，只能买上一杯不加料的奶茶或牛奶，叔叔总会与我开着玩笑，往里面加些料，我也总是拿起奶茶留下一句“怎么加得这么少呀”就走了。
有的同学可能会说生活老师烦，有些会说叔叔卖得太抠门儿，有些会说食堂阿姨假惺惺……
我并不觉得，可我却改不了同学们的想法。难道跟同学们有过节的人对于别人就是坏人了吗？难道他们不需要有人叫他们起床有人为他们做饮料发吃的吗？不，他们不是坏人，同学们也需要他们，他们组成了我们生活的方方面面，我们都已成了对方心中的一员，他们这是在履行自己的职责，家长不在我们的身边，他们其实就是我们在学校的“家长”。
至少，我会在下一次见到他们时微笑。
